We want you to absolutely love your Ruby Scrunchie Co products so much that you can’t wait to come back for more!

That’s why we carefully inspect and pack every item before shipping. If something has arrived anything less than perfect, we want to know!

You can choose between a refund or exchange where goods are faulty or damaged, or not as pictured/described.

Shoot us a DM or email within 21 days of purchase and we will sort out the issue ASAP.

Unfortunately due to the intimate nature of our products we aren’t able to offer exchange or refund for change of mind, so choose carefully or share the love with a friend!

We are also unable to offer refunds for lost or delayed mail. If you have purchased tracking with an order that has been lost or delayed, please contact me and I will lodge a claim with Australia Post.
