Quick Heating Guide

Safe, simple and effective.

Microwave for 30 seconds, then heat in additional 20-second increments if needed.

Redistribute the filling between intervals, check the temperature carefully before use, and never overheat or leave the heat pack unattended in the microwave.

For cooling comfort, place the heat pack inside a sealed bag before chilling in the freezer.
