Processing & Delivery Times

Standard, Tracked & Express Orders

Orders are generally handmade, prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

Priority Express Orders

Need your order sooner? Priority orders jump to the front of the queue and receive same-day or next-business-day dispatch, where possible, along with Australia Post Express delivery.

Delivery

All orders are sent from Melbourne using Australia Post. Delivery times vary depending on your location and Australia Post’s network.

Please allow approximately 1–2 weeks for untracked standard shipping, particularly during busy periods.

For extra peace of mind, choose a tracked delivery option at checkout. I am unable to help track your package if you have selected Standard (Untracked) shipping.

 

A Few Things to Know

  • Please double-check your delivery address before placing your order.

  • If you need to change your address, contact us as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible once your parcel has been dispatched.

  • If your order is delayed or doesn’t arrive, please get in touch and we’ll do our best to help.

 

Environmentally Friendly Packaging

I choose to use environmentally friendly packaging because I want to leave a legacy (hello lovely scrunchies!) without leaving a long-lasting footprint on our natural world. I know that our customers share our values too!

By using biodegradable cardboard boxes, tissue paper and card stock, and only using as much packaging material as necessary to protect your order, Ruby Scrunchie Co not only decreases our carbon footprint but we also lower our shipping costs. It’s a win-win situation!
