Lupin Filled Heat Packs

Discover our range of lightweight, eco-friendly lupin heat packs – handmade in Melbourne using 100% Australian‑grown lupins and designed to provide natural warmth, pain relief and everyday comfort.

Available in our versatile 14cm × 30cm size, perfect for the neck, stomach, back, joints and general use. Custom fabric, sizing and ribbing are also available on request.

Simply heat your heat pack in a microwave in 30 second increments, shaking the lupins in between to ensure even heat distribution. Or chill your heat pack in your freezer for the ultimate cooling relief on hot days.

What Are Lupins — and Why Are They Better Than Wheat?

Lupins are a natural Australian legume seed that retain heat exceptionally well without the moisture, heaviness or ‘cooked grain’ smell that wheat bags often develop.

They’re naturally gluten‑free, low‑allergy, and stay dry and odourless even after repeated heating.

Our microwavable heat packs filled with Australian lupins are a superior choice to old-fashioned wheat heat packs.

Why People Prefer Lupin Heat Packs

  • 30% longer heat retention for deeper, lasting relief

  • Odour‑free when heated

  • Doesn’t sweat or feel damp

  • Lightweight and flexible

  • Gluten‑free and low‑allergy

  • Durable — lupins don’t break down as quickly as grains
