Let’s start with the good stuff… order over $60 worth of scrunchies only and I’ll ship your order to you for FREE (Standard Shipping without Tracking).

Order over $100 of any products and I’ll upgrade your FREE SHIPPING to include tracking for extra peace of mind.

As my claw clips and heatpacks are bulky and require tracked parcel shipping, they aren’t eligible for free standard shipping, but if you order over $100 you will still receive free tracked shipping on orders containing these items.

Shipping Times

All orders are handmade to order with love. Standard, Parcel, and Express orders are made and shipped within 1–3 business days. 

Priority orders jump to the front of the queue and are made and shipped same-day or next-day – perfect for last-minute gifts or approaching deadlines.

I am located in Melbourne Australia and ship using Australia Post. Due to weather and other seasonal delays, please allow 1-2 weeks for untracked orders to arrive. If you would like to receive your order sooner, please choose a Tracked shipping option.

Please choose the Tracked shipping options at checkout if you would like to track your parcel’s location as I can not help locate or refund an untracked order once it has been dispatched.

I have no control over shipping times once an order has been posted and will not be held responsible for any postage delays, lost parcels or orders placed with an incorrect address.

Please ensure address is correct upon checkout. Please contact me as soon as possible if you wish to change your address. Unfortunately if your order is already shipped I will not be able to change the address.
