I want you to absolutely love your Ruby Scrunchie Co products so much that you can’t wait to come back for more!
That’s why I carefully inspect and pack every item before shipping. If something has arrived anything less than perfect, I want to know!
You can choose between a refund or exchange where goods are faulty or damaged, or not as pictured/described.
Shoot me an email within 21 days of purchase and I will sort out the issue ASAP.
Unfortunately due to the intimate nature of our products I am not able to offer exchange or refund for change of mind, so choose carefully or share the love with a friend!
I am also unable to offer refunds for lost or delayed mail. If you have purchased tracking with an order that has been lost or delayed, please contact me and I will lodge a claim with Australia Post.
